If the following conditions are met, we support your return request.



A/ Based on the delivery date indicated by the tracking record, the return must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

B/ Please ensure that your item has not been used and is in the same condition as when received.

C/ We require your purchase receipt or proof of purchase.



Please note that if you do not meet any of the above criteria, we regret to inform you that we cannot process the return for you.



How Soon Will I Get My Refund?



After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, based on whether the received items meet the refund criteria.



If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds(If Applicable)



If you haven't received a refund yet:

A/ First check your bank account again.

B/ Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

C/ Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I request a replacement for the item?



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in 30 days since the package delivered (according to the delivery date on the tracking record). And you don't need pay shipping fee, we will send you replacement item soon.

Please pay attention to these:



A/ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.



B/ Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.



C/ If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
